Refund and Returns Policy

At CraftLow, each product is made with care, creativity, and love. Since most of our items are custom-made or personalized, we have a few guidelines for returns and refunds.


1. Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • We made a mistake in customization (e.g., wrong name, spelling, or design)

Please double-check all spelling, colors, and customization details before placing your order.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
  • Your order number

We will either send a replacement or offer a refund based on the issue.


3. Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be canceled.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items
