All products are handmade and may have slight variations.

For custom orders, customers must double-check all personalization details before submitting.

2. Payments

We accept secure online payments through bank transfer. 50% Advance payment must be made before production starts.

3. Returns & Refunds

As outlined in our Refund Policy, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless damaged or incorrect. Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours.

4. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on this site belong to CraftLow. You may not copy or reproduce our designs without permission.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes. Any misuse, including fraud or copyright infringement, will lead to legal action.
